Karen O'Donnell is the President-Elect for the Ohio Chapter of WCR. She is an ABR-Accredited Buyer Representative, CRB candidate, and PMN candidate. Karen is Broker/Owner of Jennie Chiccola Realty, Inc. and has been licensed since 1990. She has served on the Board of Directors at the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors, Treasurer of CABOR, and is currently a NAR Director. Debi Zeren is Secretary for the Ohio Chapter of WCR. She has an ABR-Accredited Buyer Representative, is a CRS candidate, GRI- Graduate REALTOR® Institute and PMN- Performance Management Network designations, and holds a SRES- Senior Real Estate Specialist .  Debi has been licensed since 1996, serving on the SCAR Board of Directors from 2004-2006, and was SCAR REALTOR® of the Year in 2003. She also serves on varies Committee at SCAR & in her community. Young Kim is the Treasurer for the Ohio Chapter of WCR. She has been in the real estate business since 1978 and licensed as Broker since 1984.  She holds designations of ABR, ASP, CIPS, CRB, CRS, e-PRO, GRI, GSA, PMN and SRES. Judy Von Duyke is the Ohio Governor for the Ohio Chapter of WCR. She served as her Local Chapter President in 1993 & 2003. This past year Judy received the Member of the Year for the Medina Chapter. She has been licensed since 1987. Marge Fadley is the Ohio Governer for the Ohio Chapter of WCR. She holds the PMN, ABR, CRS, GRI, and  RRC designations. Marge  was licensed in 1985 and has been a member of WCR since 1986. She was  the Columbus Chapter President in 1991 and 1993.  Marge serves as ByLaws co-chair for the Columbus Chapter and has  served on many National Committees as well as on  the State  Governing Board.  She has also been  the President of the West Area Real Estate Association.  margoryfadley@att.net
